Convertri Updates – 16/04/24

Good Tuesday morning to all our Convertri users! How are we doing today?

If you’re a fan of visual design, we’ve got a great update for you this week: as not only are we soon releasing a brand new feature that will give you more creative control over how your page looks, but we’re celebrating a very special birthday on this day that is sure to inspire Middle Earth fans as well as devotees of the illustrative arts.

Meanwhile, we’ve also got a couple of videos for you to queue up: Alexa’s fantastic weekly deep dive into a Convertri feature you may have missed, as well as a quick preview of where to expect that new feature, coming soon.

Let’s go ahead and kick off this week’s edition:

NEWS

More and more people are shopping on their smartphones, and the meteoric rise of m-commerce isn’t showing any signs of slowing (just like your mobile-first Convertri pages). Read about the latest statistics here: https://www.silicon.co.uk/mobility/the-state-of-m-commerce-2024-550564

Meanwhile, over in the Facebook group, Alexa shows us exactly how to collect international phone numbers on Convertri pages: https://www.facebook.com/groups/convertri/posts/3467121866765152/

And on this day, we’re celebrating the birthday of Margrethe II, queen of Denmark, born April 16th 1940. Abdicating earlier this year, she had a passion for archaeology and the arts, and was an accomplished visual artist herself: under the pseudonym ‘Ingahild Grathmer’, she created illustrations for the Lord of the Rings while studying in England and sent them to Tolkien in the early 1970s. He loved them, and insisted they were published in the Danish edition of the Lord of the Rings. If you write and illustrate your own ebooks, there’s no better way to sell them on your Convertri pages than by using our Book funnel template.

COMING SOON

Our newest feature on the horizon is the ability to change your form widget’s appearance with themes. To see where this new feature will live, take a look:
