Convertri Updates – 02/08/22
Can you believe it’s August already?
I can’t. Mainly because it’s 17c here up in Scotland, and as the locals phrase it, “blowin’ a hoolie”.
(That means windy and pouring with rain over our very specific part of the country.)
And as I look out of my window at the sky, which fades from grey to a greyer-grey on the horizon, I’m reminded of the top feature we’ve added this week: a gradient button style.
Not only that, but we have a brand new area of the Dashboard for you to explore. Click on the Training button near the top of the screen, and you’ll be taken to our educational area. In there you’ll find the Convertri Crash Course for now, but we’ll be releasing more training modules and fun courses soon.
So go ahead, take a look at what we’ve got in store for you by way of updates and bug features this week (and don’t forget your coat).
FEATURES
Button styles – last week, we added a new tab in the Properties panel for Button Appearance where you can choose from a range of pre-set styles. This week, we’ve added the Gradient style, which lets you apply gorgeous gradient goodness to your buttons.
BUGS
Page cards – when you create a new page, the new page card should lay on top of the old page cards, not behind them. We’ve shuffled the deck so now they appear in the correct order.
Shared headers/footers – if you toggled the “Apply to all pages” setting on headers and footers then refreshed the page, it would toggle back. We’ve replaced the bit of tape holding it in place, so now it’ll stay put.

And on this day in history, legendary horror director Wes Craven was born in 1939. Pioneer of gore, his notable works include the Hills Have Eyes, Last House on the Left (which was so gory it was banned in Britain for thirty years), and of course, A Nightmare on Elm Street, featuring everyone’s favourite dream-stalking child murderer Freddy Krueger and his iconic striped sweater. I can’t think of a better reason to share this other than our payment processor is called Stripe – the truth is, I just love horror and I wanted to share this info.
