Convertri Updates – 20/3/18

Our new mobile Page Builder is up and chugging along nicely, but there’s no rest for the wicked here at Convertri HQ.

We’ve been alerted by some of the very eagle-eyed among you that some pages experience issues when viewed on the mobile version of Chrome: namely, that a ‘make this page mobile-friendly’ message appears when, in actual fact, your page is already mobile-friendly.

The dev team have been hard at work finding out why and how to persuade Chrome we’re the mobile-friendliest bunch you’ll ever find – but we just want to conduct a few more tests to make sure it all goes perfectly.

Also, a few wild sizing issues appeared with mobile pages set up via the WordPress plugin. Only WordPress-plugin-based pages were affected, and if you’re experiencing any Alice in Wonderland-style growth spurts (or shrinkage) you should update your plugin using these steps:

  1. Log into Convertri, and click your name in the upper right-hand corner. Click WordPress Plugin, and download it to your computer.
  2. In WordPress, uninstall or deactivate your old plugin.
  3. Install the new plugin as you would normally.

In other news, we’re introducing a couple of brand new sections to the update email this week: Content Corner and Help Docs. In Content Corner, you’ll find all the top-notch articles and videos we’ve been releasing of late, and doing precisely no help at all by not shouting louder about it.

And in Help Docs, you’ll find new and updated help docs and tutorials, to keep you on the cutting edge of Convertri tips and tricks.

Plus, this week we have three new templates and a bug fix. So, without further ado, let me remind you that if you’re using Convertri right now, you’ll need to force-refresh (CTRL + SHIFT + R, or CMD + SHIFT + R if you’re on a Mac) your browser to see what’s new:
