Happy Tuesday, Convertri fans!

It’s a short and sweet update this week, as the devs are busy creating exciting new features for you.

That doesn’t mean we don’t have some good stuff for you, including a round of bug fixes and a feature that will make getting help quicker and easier when you need it.

Read on to find out more:

FEATURES

Help – we’ve added a nifty little help device called a “beacon” to the app. When you click on the speech bubble icon in the bottom right hand corner of the Dashboard, you’ll see five of the most popular help articles and be able to contact Support directly via email.

BUGS

Undo – the undo button wasn’t working in the mobile editor. We’ve unstuck it, so now you can undo your mistakes.

Cart abandonment – the modal wasn’t letting you choose an autoresponder list when setting up your abandoned cart sequence. We’ve fixed it.

Form fields – if you connected a product to an autoresponder, the autoresponder list connects, but the form fields might not have shown. This means you couldn’t map form fields properly to that product. Don’t worry – we fixed it.

Help videos – a few help videos have gone offline. While we fix the issue, please let us know if you stumble on a help doc in the Knowledgebase whose video is unavailable. Thanks!
