Convertri Updates – 31/10/23

It’s the spookiest day of the year, and here at Convertri we’re celebrating another round of awesome updates before our neighbourhoods are taken over by costumes, candy and cunning tricks…

Is anyone else staring down a solid three weeks’ supply of pumpkin soup?

In the news this week, we have some more Apple Pay and Google Pay improvements for you e-wallet fans, as well as a handy pagination update for our funnels screen.

There’s also a round of help doc updates, and a bug fix – so why not take a loooook:

FEATURES

Funnels: pagination – one of our users pointed out that our funnel view screen doesn’t remember pagination, so if you chose to show 50 funnels on the screen instead of the default 10, go to a different screen them come back, it’s back to 10. This was frustrating, so we’ve added a memory for the pagination function.

Apple Pay and Google Pay: on-page checkout – we’ve now added these e-wallets to the on page checkout, so you can offer these services with even more choices for your page.

Apple Pay and Google Pay: Form Widget – if you have Apple Pay or Google Pay integrated and your button is set to Purchase mode, the payment button should appear as one of the set of payment options available, just like the credit card payment option.

BUGS

PayPal – when you used just the PayPal integration, the billing and delivery fields may have returned the error ‘The value is required’ (though it worked fine if you also had Stripe integrated). We’ve fixed this so your checkouts will flow regardless of your integration setup.

And finally, on this day we’re celebrating Halloween! Did you know that this year, money spent on candy in the US for the holiday is expected to reach $3.6 billion, up from $3.1 billion last year, according to the National Retail Federation’s annual holiday survey? If you want a sweet piece of the action next year, you’ll need to set up a store with Convertri that’s capable of selling physical goods.
