The sun is shining and we’ve got some awesome news for you this week…

The dev team are labouring away like figurative adorable beavers on the ecommerce updates.

(Figuratively beavers, that is. The adorableness is without question.)

The updates will be available at some point in the near future.

Brand new and exciting, these updates will make selling physical products a lot easier to do in Convertri.

And you know what that means…

Mo’ sales, mo’ money, and mo’ happy customers for you.

An eagle-eyed user spotted the fact that our Getting Started tutorial got a bit lost, so I’m currently working on firing it up again with a brand new updated PDF and long-form video walkthrough. As always, if you ever get stuck, the rest of our help centre is open 24/7 and well stocked with a variety of help goodness:

Lavender – a purple powered opt-in.
Aspiration – a construction-themed opt-in.

BUGS

GDPR details – the details page for an order whose prospect has requested us to delete their data used to give a loading error and not show any order info. It now works, and shows a notification that the prospect has requested data removal, advising them to contact us if they need purchaser info for accounting purposes or other legal reasons.

Orders – the orders whose prospect has GDPR-requested us to delete their data used to not show up on the orders list. We’ve fixed this, so the list won’t skip any orders.
