Convertri Updates – 25/10/22

Good morning Convertri users, welcome to another wonderful Tuesday where we have some good ol’ updates for you.

This week, these include new features for snap lines and guidelines which will make using these guides easier, and an update to our image carousels that will let you add links.

Read on to discover more about what’s happening in Convertri HQ this week:

FEATURES

Guidelines – as part of our account level page settings rollout, we’ve included the option to set an account level default for the guideline width. It will be applied to all newly created pages and act as the ‘default’ setting when the ‘restore default guidelines’ button is clicked on existing pages where the guideline width has been edited. This way, you can easily set your preferred guideline width once for all pages on your account, rather than doing it for each page. Just head to Account, then Page Settings.

Snap lines – you can also now set your snap line width at account level, too.  Again, just head to Account, then Page Settings.

Carousels – you can now add links to your carousel images, just like you can to any other image. You can find the Link field in the Properties panel.

BUGS

Transparent images – when you set a background colour on an image that has transparency behind the image, the background colour shows fine in the editor, but not on the live page. We fixed it.

Dropdown form elements – if you set a border radius on these elements, they may not have displayed correctly. We fixed it.

And on this day in history, Pablo Picasso was born in 1881. Known for his surrealist and cubist portraits, you might look at a Picasso and wonder why nothing is where it’s supposed to be.
