Convertri Updates – 30/08/22
It’s time for a bumper issue of the update!
This week’s edition is stuffed to the gills, and features a couple of really great new things to explore in the Analytics and Actions and Events screen.
Not only that, but the devs have been hard at work squashing some bugs, and the support team have cooked up a fresh batch of help doc updates.
So Happy Tuesday everyone, and read on to find out more:
FEATURES
Analytics – you can now view analytics by a date range. In the Analytics screen, choose which dates you need from the new dropdown, and Convertri will display your stats between those dates.
Countdowns – you can now start and stop countdown timers based on page events. Using the new actions called Start Timer and Stop Timer in the Actions and Events dialog, you could stop the countdown timer when a button is clicked, for example.
BUGS
Products – when you set up an autoresponder in a product you could select ‘Query String’ at Type, but there wasn’t a way to enter a parameter for that query string. We’ve fixed it.
Text – a text element’s coloured background might not have appeared on the mobile editor. We’ve fixed it.
Mobile editor – in the mobile editor, the background wasn’t visible after 50000px. We fixed it, so now your giant pages look the way they should.
Dropdowns – if you have a dropdown in your form set to “required”, the error message that pops up when this field is not filled in wouldn’t appear close enough to the actual dropdown. The more fields you had on your form, the weirder this looked. We fixed it.
Headers and footers – when you applied a shared header/footer to all pages in a funnel, the toggle in the Page Builder wouldn’t disable and so the header/footer was still visible. We fixed that. Also, when you published a page with a shared header/footer twice, a publishing error might have appeared. We fixed that, too.

And on this day in history, the Washington-Moscow hotline opened in 1963. John F. Kennedy became the first US president to have a direct phone line to the Kremlin in Moscow, enabling emergency communication in the event of a crisis when it could otherwise take up to six hours to deliver diplomatic messages. Nowadays, the Washington-Moscow hotline is a secure email link, but you can’t deny that picking up a bright red phone looks more dramatic than opening Outlook. To give your visitors their own direct hotline, find out how to install a Call Now button on your page here:
