Convertri Updates – 14/09/21
Okay, so Neil spoiled the surprise.
We’re releasing a brand new feature today that has been requested a LOT. And he was so excited about it, he took to Facebook to leak the news early.
He demonstrated the new feature in a brief, giddy video walkthrough you can see here:

And in case you missed it, let me be the first to say – finally, at long last, you can republish your pages all at once!
With the new Republish button in the Funnels screen, you’ll be able to republish all previously published pages with just two clicks.
In essence, you can dig in and mess about with all pages in your funnel, and – as long as they’ve been published at least once previously – hitting Republish will bring the live versions right up to date. So if you add a funnel script or adjust a shared header or footer, you won’t need to republish every page manually any more.
Reactions in the Facebook group have already been super enthusiastic, and our devs were really happy to be able to finally bring you this. It’s going to save so much time!
What else have been working on, you ask? A heck of a lot of bug fixes, that’s what. Here’s the latest from Convertri HQ…
FEATURES
Republish – a new button in the Funnels screen lets you mass republish all previously published pages. Any pages in progress which haven’t already been published once will not be affected, and the same goes for pages which you unpublished yourself.
Dropdowns – dropdown menus are now available as input types in the Form Widget, allowing you to build more complex forms even easier.
Checkboxes – likewise, checkboxes are now available in the Form Widget also. These are great for complying with GDPR regulations, as you can require users to confirm they have read your T&C’s before submitting your form.
BUGS
Forms – if you set your form to stay on the page after submitting, the “Form submitting” transparent layer never went away, so users had to refresh the page. We’ve fixed this now.
Prospects – a good problem to have? Perhaps, but if you had too many prospects in your prospect list you may not have been able to download it. We’ve added extra engines to the download rocket, so if you have a mega list you’ll be able to download it no problem.
Layers – if you cloned an element to a layer on your page, the layer was automatically selected but not actually shown on the page. Even though it told you that you were editing it, you couldn’t see anything from the layer on the page or select it. We’ve fixed this.
Zapier – if your funnel had too many pages, Zapier may have encountered some problems while loading the page names for you to select. We’ve fixed the issue.
A/B testing – something odd was happening during split tests: sometimes, Variant B of your split test would be found to contain page scripts from Variant A. We’ve sorted all that out.
Cloning – if you tried to clone elements to another page, you may not have been able to see your target page or nothing would show up.
Videos – if you added a video to a page using Convertri’s video element and users clicked on the element in the second or two before it finished loading, some playback issues may have been had. We’ve fixed this now.
Autoplay – if you configured Autoplay to Off in your video’s settings, the video player may not have stayed off. Now, we’ve made ‘autoplay on desktop’ and ‘autoplay on mobile’ always visible rather than having them hidden behind a generic ‘autoplay’ toggle, and it works a lot better.
Text – if you added a text element with a long URL, it wouldn’t wrap properly with the rest of the text. We’ve fixed it.
Funnel share links – if you click on a funnel share link when NOT logged into Convertri, you are taken to a screen that says if you are already a Convertri Member you should click on Add Funnel. However, you may have gotten a 404 error when you clicked. We’ve fixed this issue.
Video upload – sometimes, videos may have gotten stuck at Saving (almost done) while you were uploading. This was annoying, so we fixed it.
Carousels – some photos on your carousels were getting magnified when viewed on a device that changed orientation, e.g. from horizontal to vertical or vice versa. That’s fixed now.
