Convertri Updates – 17/09/19
Remember about circa 2016, everything became about productivity?
Organize this. Kondo that. Delegate, automate, systemise. A whole host of new productivity tools hit the market, to say nothing of the millions of words bloggers were rattling out about the bestest new “hacks” to squeeze more out of our 24 hours.
Thank God that noise fizzled out.
2019 has been more about mindfulness, slow living, taking rests and being gentle with yourself. Which is not only funny from a bird’s-eye, swings and roundabouts view of the world – how quick trends come and go nowadays – but it’s a big relief for those of us who tend to… overwork? Get wired? Burn out?
It can’t be the 14 cups of coffee a day. Nah… productivity culture is to blame.
But as much as we’d all like to lean back in our leather chairs like 19th century business tycoons and mull over the one task we have to do today to keep our empire running smoothly, things haven’t swung quite that far in our favour. We still need to get quite a lot done, and sometimes several things at once.
Multitasking is enemy no. 1 if you listen to the productivity hackers – but we understand that sometimes, it’s gotta be done. And ideally with no spreadsheets, bullet journals or special rituals, either – just as simply as possible.
This week’s update will help you multitask with ease, boost your productivity 845%, and get you one step closer to that fancy leather chair.
Take a look by hitting CTRL+SHIFT+R (or CMD+SHIFT+R if you’re on a Mac) to see what’s new:
FEATURES
Support – if you needed help and clicked one of our links to email our support team, it opened up in the same tab. Which was a bit of a headache when you needed to go back to find the details to describe your issue. Now, we’ve made it easy to multitask by opening your Support email in a new tab. Thanks to a user for pointing this out to us, we’re always up for listening to your suggestions!
SCA – this stands for Strong Customer Authentication, and it’s new EU guidelines about making your checkout safe and secure. Our modal checkout is now SCA-ready! You don’t need to republish, it’s all just going to work.

BUGS
HTML Forms – when you select a classic HTML form to use and map the fields, the indicator of the selected form disappears whenever you open the HTML forms to edit it or select a new one. This was weird, so we fixed it. Thanks again to another user who pointed out this odd bug!
Happy converting!
