Convertri Updates – 13/11/18

A short but sweet weekly update for you guys, as we’re hard at work on some new features coming soon.

In the meantime, you can now swap out the background images of your panel elements faster than ever and silence the Quick Tips… not quite for good, but for a while at least.

And that’s as well as a round of brand new Pro templates and a round of handy bug fixes for you to enjoy.

Don’t forget, you need to force-refresh Convertri using CTRL + SHIFT + R (or CMD + SHIFT + R if you’re on a Mac) to see the updates:

FEATURES

Panels – remember our new Change Image button from a couple of weeks ago that let you instantly swap out an image for a new one? We’ve now enabled it for panel elements too, so you can quickly change the background image of your panels.

Quick Tips – the quick tips in the Page Builder are 36% less annoying now. Closing them will mean they only come back after 12 hours for trial accounts, and after 7 days for everyone else. Also, you’ll see new tips (if there any) first.

Page templates [PRO] –
Dream Home (checkout) – whether you’re selling brochures, training, or entire houses, this checkout is for all you realtors.
Ecourse (thank you) – a smiling Ben Affleck lookalike lets your signups know their info is on the way.
Furtherance (delivery) – simple, blue: a great thank you.
Furtherance (checkout) – a nicely laid out checkout with plenty of info.

BUGS

Images – if taken on a phone camera, some images were appearing rotated in the Media Gallery preview. We fixed that.

Element Positioning – as we were updating our new element groups feature, someone tripped over the wire for displaying of X and Y positioning properties for mobile elements. We plugged it back in.

Split Testing – opening the split test management page for a stopped split test only displayed a broken page. In case you see it again, we’ve added a meaningful error message and a redirect back to the funnel overview.

Images – previewing an image in the Image Selector made your browser think the connection was not fully secure. We’ve now made sure you preview images over HTTPS, not HTTP

Undo/Redo – a weird bug meant selected elements or groups wouldn’t respond to Quick Actions (like Full Width) or changes made in Element Properties. You had to deselect elements and select them again to make work. We’ve fixed that now, so it’ll work fine.

Happy converting!
