Convertri Updates – 08/04/19
It’s week two of Beth’s sabbatical, and the pun stocks have already run dry. We thought we could keep up the carefree whimsy and joie de vivre.
WE WERE WRONG.
I don’t have an excuse for the lack of banter in this post, so in the best ‘look, a distraction!’ tradition, here’s a preview of some of the Collections we’ll be adding as templates in our new content blocks feature:
You’ll be able to add these to your Convertri pages as a single unit, and then because they’re built in Convertri, be able to edit and adjust them however you want.
We’ll be providing an initial set with the first release of the feature in a few weeks, and we’re expecting to add some more as time goes on.
That’s still a few weeks away, but this week we have some new templates for Pro users in the new VSL funnel, and we’ve also fixed an annoying bug related to payments.
To update the app, force-refresh your browser with Convertri open (CTRL + SHIFT + R on Windows, or CMD + SHIFT + R on a Mac) to get all this new stuff.
NEW ON THE BLOG
The Sculptor And The Turtle: Convertri Propagandist Luke Corden talks funnels – in particular, he talks the Michelangelo Funnel, and why constructing funnels this way can lead to better conversions and more sales… as well as making your life easier.
Check it out here:
FEATURES
[PRO] New templates: Two new pages have been added to the VSL funnel.
- VSL Sales Page: A simple template designed to put all the focus on your video. You’ve got a strong headline, your video, and a clear CTA – nothing to distract from your pitch.
- Delivery Page: This page lets you easily set up delivery of your product, and since this is the VSL funnel, it’s dominated by a video spot to let you send a personal message to your new buyers.
BUGS
Checkout: When credit card details were rejected by Stripe, the error message wasn’t being shown to the customer, so they didn’t realise the transaction hadn’t gone through. This has been fixed, and error messages will now display as they should.
Beth will be back next week with a fresh bucket of sunshine and rainbows, and probably some new features and templates too.
Until then…
Keep Converting.
