Convertri Updates – 6/10/18
‘Tis the season, and it’s all about togetherness.
(Even the nights are drawing in.)
Pumpkins are rotting into weird smushy puddles outside doors and office workers gather at 6.30am to mutter in hushed tones about de-icing windshields (no scrapers, just credit cards – it’s tradition) – but everyone else is inside sharing cosy homes.
(Meanwhile, in Britain, we recently burned effigies to worship a domestic terrorist who almost brought down our government once upon a time. Ah, life.)
Call it hygge, call it turkey spirit, or just cosiness – but we’ve brought a little of that #mood into Convertri this week with a new feature that will let you bring together your best elements.
This will mean quicker builds, stress-free editing, and more time to spend contemplating the real meaning of the season:
Artificial pumpkin-flavoured everything.

NEW ON THE BLOG
How much is your blood, sweat and tears worth?
Arguably the most difficult thing about creating anything to sell is putting a price on it.
Because when the sum total of your love, experience and passion (also: aforementioned bodily fluids) goes into something… how do you express that in $$$?
Never mind shipping, production costs, labour…
Fret no mo’. Our latest blog post is live:
FEATURES
Group Elements – a little while ago, we added multiple selection. Now, there’s a new group/ungroup feature which makes it possible to “save” multiple selections for quicker editing. Just select multiple elements and click the Group/Ungroup button on the Quick Actions panel to make the selected elements work like a single unit in most aspects. Watch out for the big caveat: you can’t edit and resize elements that are part of a group.
Page templates [PRO] –
Heart (opt-in) – promote your nonprofit organisation with this opt-in page.
Backwoods (checkout) – this outdoorsy checkout is a breath of fresh air.
Contemporary (opt-in) – lots of whitespace and clean lines you could get a papercut on.
Consultation (checkout) – a professional checkout with space for a testimonial (or two).
BUGS
Page Builder – when you wanted to drag an element on your page, picking it up and putting it down could be really slow. We’ve made it a lot faster.
Countdown Timers – this element would allow you to enter fractional values for days/hours/minutes in the countdown timer settings, but that broke it. We’re not allowing fractional values anymore.
Happy converting!
