If you have a family plan for all the cellphones in your household, you know how important sharing data is.
Also, not taking liberties with said data.
Like selling it on, printing it on public posters, or using it to target your enemies with Facebook ads for things they’ve only mentioned in private so they slowly think they’re either going mad or being wiretapped by the Government…
…That sort of thing.
Most of all, it’s important to have control over your data.
After all, it’s yours – and we think you should do what you like with it.
Whether that’s just removing your old shipping address…
…Or printing out every scrap of digital information ever connected to you or your family and inserting it into an A4 binder to store in your doomsday bunker next to tins of custard and bottled water.
(You never know when you might need it. The data… or the bunker. Wiretaps, people. WIRETAPS.)
Anyway. You can now download any personal information Convertri holds on you to a .CSV file from our new GDPR compliance portal at http://app.convertri.com/mydata.
For printing, digital backups, or to eat when the rations run out.
If you’re using Convertri right this second you’ll need to force-refresh (CTRL + SHIFT + R, or CMD + SHIFT + R if you’re on a Mac) to see what’s new.

HELP DOCS
The Getting Started tutorial is being updated as we speak (not really, I haven’t got four hands, but it’s in progress). In the meantime, I’ve created a help article and video about adding a checkbox to help make sure you’re super-compliant with GDPR:

FEATURES
GDPR – we’ve added a Download button to the GDPR data management area. Now, your prospects and customers will be able to download a .CSV file of all their submission, prospect and order data.
Page Cards – we’ve been having problems with the third party service we’ve been using to generate the Page Card screenshots in the Funnel Builder, so some of you were experiencing issues not seeing updated page cards after you’d saved changes. We’ve now moved the screenshot generation process in-house, which makes our lives approximately 842% easier… and also speeds up the process for generating Page Cards every time a page is saved. In other words, a win-win.

Lights Pro (opt-in) – a soothing page for a bright idea.
Lights Pro (thank you) – a complementary thank you for Lights.
BUGS
Product Dyno – when someone buys a product in Convertri that has a webhook attached, no corresponding notification was showing in the customer’s Product Dyno admin panel. We’ve now fixed this, and everything should be working peachy keen.
