Convertri Updates – 12.12.17

If Santa had Convertri, he’d be rockin’ up to your chimney in a Lambo, not a wooden sleigh.

(Just sayin’.)

At the very least he would be able to dropship, and not have had to outsource his diminutive  workforce to a snowy region of northernmost Finland.

Now – we don’t believe in naughty lists.

(Mostly because seeing our own names got old, quick.)

But this week, we’ve made it possible to print out a good long list of everyone nice, by exporting your Orders to .CSV (you listening, Santa?).

Oh – and, fun idea? Tape together all the pages, roll it up into a scroll and fling it down the stairs towards impressed family and friends at Christmas dinner (because crackers are so last year – trust us*).

Anyway, if you’re using Convertri while gathering coal for your refunders’ stockings, you’ll need to force-refresh (CTRL + SHIFT + R, or CMD + SHIFT + R if you’re on a Mac) your browser to believe in magic:

FEATURES

Orders – you can now download a CSV file of all your orders: find it in the Orders screen in the Dashboard (you lot are so organised!).

Canvas – you can now adjust the canvas size to any dimensions you wish. Previously, the Page Builder could create pages up to 50,000 pixels long… now, if you reach the end, you can add more space by clicking Page in the top toolbar and heading to Visual Styling.

Clone element – when you clone an element to a new page, you usually want it to go to another page in the same funnel. So now, the Clone Element dropdown menu will automatically go to the site and funnel you’re in (but it’s still easy to select different sites and funnels, too).

New templates [PRO]

Karpfen – it might look fishy, but this artsy layout will perk up any site.

Consultation – clean and businesslike, this template is the equivalent of rolled-up sleeves.

Markdown – a refreshing mint template for your digital sales.

BUGS

Hyperlinks – you couldn’t use a link ending in an anchor as a text hyperlink (e.g. a URL like www.domain.com/pricing#buy was out of the question). But now you can.

Meta tags – the application-name tag was being set as ‘Convertri’, which was causing some browsers (especially Android ones) to use ‘Convertri’ as the page title when set as a bookmark. We’ve fixed this so it’ll now use the page title you’ve set.

Exit intent – the exit intent message was being triggered when pages redirected after form submission. This was more than a little dumb, so we stopped it happening.

Reading that list, and checkin’ it twice? Here’s the video:

Merry Convertmas!
