Convertri Updates – 12/12/23

It’s a great haul for you guys this week, as we have updates to bring you joy across your moving and non-moving media.

Images and videos have been given extra add-ons to help you sort, find, store and organise your collection so you can add them to your pages easier.

We also have a bug fix that will resolve an issue some of you may have been facing when cloning pages — read on for more:

FEATURES

Images: tags – now, you have the ability to add tags to your images in both the editor and the Image Manager. This will make it easier to search your library and find what you want – just click the three dot menu in the Image Manager, or click to enter your image in the gallery, and enter or edit your tags.

Video manager: downloads – we’ve given you the option to download your videos from the Videos section of the Campaigns area in the Dashboard, so you can grab them whenever you like.

Video manager: sorting – you can now sort videos in the Video Manager by Alphabetical and Recent, making it easier to find your media when you need it.

Video manager: renaming – if you don’t like your video’s name, you can now change it where your videos are stored in Campaigns > Videos.

BUGS

Cloning pages – if you clone a page that is currently in a sub-folder and refresh the page, the cloned page may have moved to the Home Folder. This is obviously not what’s supposed to happen, but we’ve fixed the fence and now your clones won’t escape.

And finally, on this day, we’re celebrating the legacy of Guglielmo Marconi who, on December 12th, 1901, successfully received the first transatlantic wireless signal at Signal Hill in St John’s, Newfoundland. It was the letter “S” in Morse Code [•••] — but what did it stand for? “Success”? “Send spaghetti”? It probably wasn’t “sales funnel”, but 122 years later you can still use the wonders of technology to convey any message you want over invisible waves — and we think Marconi would agree with us, that’s pretty cool.
