Convertri Updates – 28/02/23
Membership sites are here!
In our biggest update of the last couple of years (maybe ever? I think so), Pro and Agency users can now create up to ten membership sites attached to their Convertri account.
This is for the course creators. The educators. The people with stuff to share. The privacy-conscious. The community builders. The password protectors. The vault keepers, content curators, swipe file aficionados and everyone else who ever wanted to create their own special club for cool people.
Put simply, memberships are for everybody – and with us, everybody can be one of your members.
In this first release, you’ll be able to:
- Create a membership site and attach it to a domain of your choosing at the path /members (e.g. mydomain.com/members)
- Create products with memberships attached, so you can sell membership access just like anything else
- Add a logo for your membership site
- Add, edit and delete members manually
- Download a list of members
- Populate your membership sites with modules and lessons – set up for online courses, but which allow you to organise any content you wish (they work like folders!)
- Add rich text, video and images to your lessons
- Use text formatting to keep lessons flowing nicely
- Write modules and lessons in draft mode to publish later on
- Rename lessons and modules
Wondering if you’ll be able to use a membership site in your business? Wonder no more. The answer is: of course you can.
A few ideas for you: premium content, courses and trainings, archived material, behind-the-scenes stuff, works in progress, beta testing, swipe files… the list is endless, and the only limit is your imagination.
Here’s how it works:
- You set up your membership site on Convertri, creating modules full of rich lessons.
- Promote your members-only content!
- Get member sign-ups: you can add them manually, or attach a membership to a product to collect paid sign-ups.
- Each of your members receive an auto-generated, unique password by email they can use to access your site.
It’s easy: just click Memberships in the left-hand menu of the Dashboard to start your journey.
